The Encouraging Word

“SUSANNE BOUCHARD, Missionary, Pastor, Physical Therapist and Encourager, a native of Germany, while studying Physical Therapy there, was born again and spirit filled at age 18 ½ and dedicated her life to Jesus.

She prepared for the ministry at the 3 year International European Bible School, Paris, France, where she learned English and French fluently, as the School was bi-lingual. (no other languages allowed)

She came to the USA with her American husband, took Bible classes at Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Together with husband Ray Bouchard they  founded Light of Life Ministries, Inc, a 501(c)(3)non-profit organization in 1984 in Augusta, Maine, USA.  Shortly after they founded the Church: Christian Family Fellowship.

Together with God’s guidance they founded Worship Radio Network in 1993, and in 1996 Susanne began her Bible Teaching Ministry on the Radio: called “The Encouraging Word with Susanne Bouchard”, First, 3-6 min segments, and since 2003 up to 8 min of air time, Bible Reading and Encouraging Segments. In 2021 she started in Genesis and goes verse by verse through the Bible, using the New international Version (NIV) Bible. Presently (after 2 years) we are in Proverbs.
